About
The first edition of the Summer School “Inclusion and Sustainability in Vulnerability (ISV): A Transdisciplinary Approach” took place in Norcia, Italy, from 15 to 19 September 2025. Co-organised by the University for Foreigners of Perugia and the HEurope HRJust project, with the involvement of the University of Bern, the Summer School focused on vulnerability in its individual, territorial, and contextual dimensions, with particular attention to inclusion and sustainability.
The programme combined lectures by international researchers with collaborative, practice-oriented activities, covering topics such as climate-related risks, fundamental rights, social inequalities, and participatory approaches to territorial and social reconstruction. The photos and interviews shared here document the discussions, working process, and perspectives that emerged during the Summer School.
