This legal notice governs the use of the Intersect Observatory website. By using the website, the user agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein.

The copyright and all other rights for the HRJust project’s Internet pages lie with the Consortium, as described in the Home page this website.

The Consortium maintains the Intersect Observatory website to enhance public access to information about the HRJust project and results in accordance with the Grant Agreement (101094346 — HRJust — HORIZON-CL2-022-DEMOCRACY-01). The European Union is not responsible for any use that may be made of the information the website contains. Moreover, the opinions expressed and arguments employed herein do not necessarily reflect the official views of any government or agency.
In the case that the contents of the Intersect Observatory website violate valid legal regulations, please inform the Consortium immediately.
Please note that the Consortium cannot guarantee that a document available online exactly reproduces an officially adopted text. Please refer to the relevant official channels for the exact reproduction of officially adopted texts. In general, no guarantee can be given on the correctness or completeness of the information provided. The Intersect Observatory website may contain links to information offered by servers which are not subject to the control and responsibility of the Consortium. 7. Linking to the Intersect Observatory Website
Other websites may link to the Intersect Observatory website without seeking the permission of the Consortium. However, such links must clearly identify Intersect Observatory as the source of the information displayed and preserve the integrity of the Intersect Observatory web pages without alteration.

The Consortium is committed to user privacy. Policy on “protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
We may collect personal data via the contact us forms in our website. This may include name, surname and contact information, such as email. When filling in the form, your consent will be obtained and saved. Your data is not transferred to third parties. Your personal data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the specific purposes for which the personal data are processed. More precisely, personal data is kept as long as follow-up actions to the Intersect Observatory website are necessary with regard to the purpose(s) of the processing of personal data.

When participating in communication facilities, the user agrees not to:

The Consortium reserves the right to deny, at its sole discretion, any User’s IP address online access to the website or any portion thereof without notice.
The user specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Consortium is not liable for any conduct of any other User, including, but not limited to, the types of conduct listed above.
10. Monitoring Website Traffic
The Consortium monitors general trends in the use of the website. The Consortium uses the information to generate statistics and measure the website’s activity in order to improve its usefulness. This information is never connected with any personal information you supply to the Consortium if you register for the website.
